Grad School Pros and Cons Lists

Since I have made my decisions regarding grad school (I will be attending University of Chicago Divinity School) I have taken down the pro-con lists. But, I’ll keep up the FAQ.

FAQs:

What are you planning on studying?

I will be embarking on an MA program to study the relationship between religious identity and social justice activism.

What sort of department do you study that in?

For my Masters Degree, I will study at the University of Chicago Divinity School. I will then apply to Phd programs. I may apply to Religion, Jewish Studies, and/or American Studies programs to continue my degree.

    Hi there!
I found your page out of sheer luck. Uhm, guess what, I’ll be doing the UChicago Divinity School MA next year too. I am originally from Greece, where I studied theatre, and now I’m finishing an MA in Asian ritual theatre in London.
I really enjoyed your Labradoodle excerpt!
So I guess I’ll see you in September! Let’s go for a cup of coffee :-)

    Hello?
My name is Seong-Hun Choi from Korea. I am an incoming MA student majoring in Christian Ethics at the U of Chicgo Divinity School. I am glad to find your web site through web searching. As an ordained pastor, a father to three kids and a husband to my wife with eventually aiming for Ph.D program, I have sought an ideal school for me. Finally, I chose U of C Divinity over other divinity schools beacuse of in-house-petition and increased funding in Ph.D program. I am excited to study at the U of C Divinity School and hope to see you soon at the school!

    Hello, again?
I am guessing that you mentioned Sungchun Kim who is also from Korea. I do not take Hebrew for this pre-term. Anyway, I lok forward to meeting you soon when the fall quarter begins. Wish you the best on your next Monday’s final test!
